Join Scarsdale Youth Hockey!
Scarsdale Youth Hockey Association (‘SYHA’) is a volunteer-run non-profit that was founded in 1996. Our primary goal as an organization is to provide opportunities for co-ed children aged 6 - 18 in the Scarsdale and Greater Westchester County area to learn and play ice hockey in a safe, fun, and competitive environment.
Starting in the 2025-2026 travel season, SYHA and the South Westchester Blackhawks ('SWB') have formed a strategic partnership to further grow the sport of ice hockey in Westchester.
Our co-ed travel programs play in the Hudson Valley Hockey League (HVHL), with our higher skill-level teams playing in Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League (EJEPL) AA and / or at the TB (National Tournament Bound) Level.

16U Tournament Bound (TB) team are finalists in 16A AA Columbus Day tournament
The SYHA 16U Tournament Bound (TB) were finalists in a hard fought final against the Montclaire Blues AA team at the 2024 Travel Champs Columbus Day tournament in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Together We Fight!
Please join our Lady Raiders team in the fight against Breast Cancer! Our Lady Raiders are hosting a Breast Cancer awareness game this Sunday, October 6th at 4:20pm at Westchester Skating Academy. There will be pink ribbons and bracelets as well as baked goods available to purchase, with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. You can also donate directly to the American Cancer Society via the QR code in the image above (or direct link HERE).
